Hi. I know that,to make good wings you need somethig light, like the carbon fiber and the balsa wood. I have finished an airplane, covered with film, all plane is made from balsa wood. The carbon fiber is sufficiently flexible to make the wings from one rod(without cutting). In the case of balsa wood, you need to put in hot water for a few minutes(10-15 min) and let it dry on the desired form(oval). it takes 30 or more minutes. The normal balsa wood will spilt or break.
And pay attention when you bend the wood, don t bend directly in the desired form. Bend easy at start on an easy curved form, and medium curved shape... until you are sure that the wood is ready to bendon that form. It depends by how curbed is the wing.

Set to the minim power. the heating proces will make the foil more thight.
Attention! Too much heat can destroy the foil or detach it.
